User Agreement

Part I: Introduction

1.1        Introduction

Suchnetcom Solar is a company owned and managed by Nigerians. We provide custom and turnkey solutions on Wireless Communication integration with Photovoltaic (pv) Solar. In addition, we operate an online shop with focus in the renewable solar power, wireless communication, computer server technology and biometric security products and services. Our website serves to operate as a technology platform for product listing, sales and serving our customers with the related technology products and services. This User Agreement is effective from the time of its publication on www.suchnetcomsolar.com


1.2        Scope

Before you may become Supplier of goods and services to Suchnetcom Solar or a Buyer of same, you must read and accept all of the terms in, and linked to, this User Agreement and the Suchnetcom Solar Privacy Policy.

We strongly recommend that, as you read this User Agreement, you also access and read any associating linked information. By accepting this User Agreement, you agree that this User Agreement and Privacy Policy will apply whenever you use Suchnetcom Solar sites or services, or when you use the tools we make available to interact with Suchnetcom Solar sites and services.

1.3        Our Team and Partners

Suchnetcom Solar and the Community work hard to keep our site, services and the Community safe and working properly. Please report problems, offensive content, and policy violations to us.

Without limiting other remedies, we may limit, suspend or terminate our service and your user account, prohibit access to our sites and their content, services and tools, delay or remove hosted content, and take technical and legal steps to keep users off the sites if we think that they are creating problems or possible legal liabilities, infringing the intellectual property rights of third parties, or acting inconsistently with our policies (for example, and without limitation, policies related to shill bidding, conducting illegal transactions, feedback manipulation, circumventing temporary or permanent suspensions or users who we believe are harassing our employees or other users). Additionally, we may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, suspend or terminate accounts of users who may be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights of third parties. We also reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed accounts or accounts that have been inactive for a long time, or to modify or discontinue sites, Suchnetcom Solar services or tools.

  • take any action that imposes or may impose (in our sole discretion) an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
  • copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, or publicly display any content (except for your information) from the sites without the prior express written permission of Suchnetcom Solar as may be applicable;
  • interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the sites, services or tools, or any activities conducted on or with the sites, services or tools; or
  • bypass our robot exclusion headers or other measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the sites.

1.4        Understanding Our Supply Chain

             Reference to diagram 1 of appendix 7.1

Line 1:                 Supplier supplies good or service to Seller (Vendor), and in return

Line 1:                 Supplier receives payment of each item sold by the Vendor

Line 2:                 Vendor (Suchnetcom Solar) sells good or service to Buyer or customer, and receives payment

                            from the Buyer

Line 3.0 &3.2:       Buyer receives purchased item(s) through Cargo Service Provider, or

Line 3.1 & 3.2:      Buyer receives purchased item(s) directly from Buyer.
